I signed a work order 2 and a half months ago to have Comcast's high-speed internet access brought into our office. Do we have service yet? NO.
The amount of runaround we're getting is almost laughable. I'm not a big fan of begging companies to take my money, so I think I'll pull the plug on this service agreement.
Comcast: grow up and learn how to treat potential new customers.
Ok, Comcast is no longer dead to us. The install happened shortly after our rant and the service is stupid fast!! Kudos, Comcast!
