SLANT is excited to announce continued work with the Mary Black Foundation out of Spartanburg, SC. As we wrap up a fresh new brand for the Foundation’s CONNECT adolescent health initiative, we’re now set to engage in a rollout campaign and website.
We have a new team member! That leads us to another ‘Meet the Peeps’ blog where we highlight our SLANT team members and share embarrassing stories about them. So without further ado...meet Jarrod Wiggins – business development ninja.
Say hello to our newest client!
We’re excited to announce that Spirit Communications will be joining the SLANT creative portfolio. Located in Columbia, SC, Spirit is a leading communications company serving South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Spirit has commissioned SLANT to bring a fresh and modern look to the company’s website.
Spirit’s Roddy Broadnax said: “SLANT’s reputation for quality design work is what caught our attention. But their strategic approach to design is what we got excited about. They bring ideas to the table that don’t just look good, they can help improve the overall customer experience. That’s precisely what Spirit was looking for with this web project.”
SLANT’s founder and creative director Christopher Cecil says, “As designers and tech geeks, we definitely have a soft spot for consumer technology and Spirit’s rapid growth as a communications leader tells us they’ve got something great. Add to that their interest in raising the creative bar, this has all the signs of an amazing bromance. Unless they tell us they like clipart...that would be grounds for a breakup.”
Stay tuned for some fresh Spirit website updates – we hope you like what you see.
SLANT is hiring a business development ninja who’s passionate about making connections and hella good at curating qualified leads in interesting new markets.
We stumbled upon an old bookmarked favorite that has cataloged just about every major car ad, dating back to the very early 1900s. Cars have changed...a lot. Advertising them? Not so much.
It's a beautiful fall day...sunny, with just enough crisp in the air. You're sipping a pumpkin-flavored something, dressed to impress, and watching majestic horses run across a field. Then you look around and see that you're surrounded by good people, good food, ladies in fancy hats and it's all for a damn fine cause. You've just experienced the Greenville Polo Classic.
Come Join Us!
SLANT is a proud sponsor of the Greenville Polo Classic and would love to see you there.
Editor's Note: We asked Neal Karn – SLANT's newest team member – to draft a blog post this week. After a small knife-fight, she finally agreed. We're glad she did...
As a new full-time employee, I'm sort of stunned at the things I've been learning about SLANT these past few weeks. So then I think...if I didn't know about these things, then you probably didn't know about them either. So as my first blog post (and since SLANT totally sucks at the humble brag) I'm going to drop some SLANT facts on you...
