SLANTsgiving Leftovers

Six days after Thanksgiving and you only thought you were done with leftovers. It's that time of year when we share some of our SLANT leftovers of delicious creative work that was shoved in the fridge by the client and never heard from again.

So we’ve pulled them back out so you can enjoy these tasty morsels.

Munkle:

The newest micro-brewery showing up in Charleston, SC went with our iron gate logo concept that reminded founder Palmer Quimby of his childhood home over the pensive Lion with perfect curls concept. Truth is, we loved both concepts so no matter which way they went, we know Munkle would choose a winner. (even if we’re still waiting for our shipment of beer samples)

The Franklin School:

The Franklin School chose this flower icon with the myriad of interlocking colors that represent the diversity and individuality of the young children the school is looking to serve. They passed on the ‘Private School With A Bad Sports Team’ academic-style icon in bright orange.

SC Aerospace:

SC Aerospace went with this campaign concept that showcases technology and SUPER COOL AIRPLANES over the more mysterious, ‘yes-your-video-game-playing-child-can-still-get-a-baller-career’ campaign. Both were great, but we think the concept they chose is about to blast off. (who likes puns?? We do.)

And a few random ones, just for fun.

Here’s a few chosen and leftover brand concepts for the Greenville Polo Classic, Spartanburg’s Road to Better Health, and a website project that ended up as leftovers….but we’re not telling you which one was chosen and which one was chunked. See if you can pick ‘em out; leave a comment and we’ll let you know!
